Mary joined the Qualitative Insights team in 2003 as the facility coordinator.  A member of QRCA, she was promoted to Project Manager in 2005.  Mary specializes in multicultural qualitative research, especially in the Asian community.

Mary comes to us with a BA in Political Science and International Relations from UCLA. Mary is fluent in both English and Mandarin, adding to our multicultural team.

Eric Kaplan

Eric joined the ISA team in 1999. He was promoted to Database Manager at Qualitative Insights in 2001. His attention to detail is instrumental in maintaining the quality of our database. Implementing several data fields, our custom database is unique.  Adding the ability to recruit on a national level is one of his many accomplishments. Eric graduated from the University of Hartford in 1988 with a BS in Math and Computer Science.
